I'm a lifelong resident of Bryan/College Station. My family roots can be traced back to my great grandfather, who was the first paid fire fighter for the City of Bryan. The original fire station still exists and my grandfather remembers living there as a child. The bell that stands in front of the Bryan Public Library is the same bell that my great grandmother would ring when there was a fire in town. Those history connections make me proud to live here. There's an overwhelming feeling of pride when I can take a client around my hometown and know they are potentially coming to live in a town that I love dearly. It makes me more determined as a realtor to give my best everyday.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
